FAQ

What type of ink do you use?

All towels are printed with water-based, non-toxic inks. 

 
Can I wash and dry my towels?

Yes, I wash mine in warm water and I throw them in the dryer all the time!  They are no fuss and easy to care for.

TIP: do not use dryer sheets as they can leave a residue on the towel and make them less absorbent.  

Are your designs hand drawn?

Yes, each of the illustrations and the letters are hand drawn. I use a computer only to scan my work and make final clean up and adjustments. 

Do you accept custom work?

Yes, I accept custom work for businesses and special events. Quantities must be 50 towels or more, and there will be a flat fee for design, plus materials and shipping. Please email me to learn more if you have a special project in mind.

Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT:
Payment is due in full at time of checkout. Major credit cards and PayPal accepted. Processing of your order will begin once payment is received.

 

SHIPPING:

Upon payment confirmation, please allow 1-3 days to process your order. I will confirm by email that your order has shipped. I use US Postal Service for all shipping.

Domestic Shipping:  I ship via USPS Priority Mail, which offers 1-3 day delivery. It is not "guaranteed", however the Post Office generally does a good job of arriving as promised (barring weather and other unforeseen events). Tracking is available. 

International Shipping:  I use First Class shipping as it is the most cost effective option. There is no tracking available. Unfortunately, I can't promise a delivery date, as they vary widely with international shipments. They aim for 6-10 days, but packages often get held up in customs for long periods of time. Any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER: 
To cancel an order, please email (see contact page). If you cancel an order before it ships, you will be refunded immediately. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will need to first return the item (shipping is your responsibility), and upon my receipt of the item, you will be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

I prefer a happy customer! So if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the problem. 

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange an item, please first contact me by email. Item must be in same condition as when sent to you. From there you will need to ship the item back to me (please note: shipping charges will be your responsibility.) Upon return of the initial item, I will happily ship out another item to you, free of charge. 

REFUNDS: 
In order to process a refund, please first contact me by email to explain the issue. Upon agreement of reason for refund, you will then need to ship the item back to me (please note: shipping charges will be your responsibility). Upon receipt of the item, I will happily refund you.
